Returned Orders

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package.

If you would like to delay shipping and your order has not yet been processed, you may contact us within 15 minutes to 24 hours of placing your order. We can hold the package if it is still in our possession.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you. You may choose to:

• Have the package reshipped at your expense, or
• Request a refund, minus:
  • Original shipping costs
  • Any non-refundable merchant processing fees (e.g., PayPal fees of 3.49% + $0.49)

PayPal Orders

If you paid via PayPal, please note:

• PayPal does not refund transaction fees for returns or cancellations.
• Canceled or returned PayPal orders will incur:
  • A PayPal processing fee
  • A restocking fee, where applicable

⚠️ Please ensure your PayPal shipping address is accurate. We are required to ship to the address PayPal provides to maintain Seller Protection.
If you need to change the shipping address, we must cancel and refund your order so you can update the address and place a new one. This process still incurs non-refundable PayPal fees.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders can be canceled before the due date with no penalty.
• After the release date, canceled pre-orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

Booster Boxes

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returns are subject to:

• A 15% restocking fee
• Deduction of original shipping charges

All items must be returned in brand-new, unopened, untampered condition. We will not accept returns for opened or altered products.

Singles, Sleeves & Miscellaneous Items

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to:

• A 15% restocking fee
• Deduction of original shipping costs

All items must be returned in original, untampered condition. For single trading cards, tamper-proof seals must be intact to qualify for a return.

Our Mistake?

If we made an error with your order—wrong item, damaged product, etc.—please contact us immediately at sales@goldstarcollectibles.com. We will cover all replacement and return shipping costs.
You may also choose a full refund if the issue is due to our error.
