When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
After you have completed the check-out process you will adhere to the Return Policies.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights, and logos
We do not own any right to the images used, logos, graphics, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of there respective Anime Publishers and @Bushiroad.
Images used on this site fall under "Fair Use" Copyright Disclaimer under section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976
Gold Star Collectibles Logo and Text Design are the exclusive property of Gold Star Collectibles and cannot be used to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
Cancellation Policy
Items will ship within 24 to 48 hours when the order is received. Orders can be canceled as long as the product has not been shipped with no charge.
If you placed an order and do not want the item after it has shipped please refuse the item and once it gets back to us here at Gold Star Collectibles we will refund you the money minus shipping fees.
Shipping Policy
Gold Star Collectibles will only ship to all 50 States and Puerto Rico via USPS. All Booster box purchases have shipping included in the price. Any orders under $9 will be charged $3.49 for shipping. For International Shipping Please Click Here for our Policies and Procedures.
*1 Booster Box = USPS First Class Mail
*2 Booster Box and above will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail Services.
*1-3 Extra Boosters = USPS First Class Mail
*4 Extra Boosters and above will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail Services.
*Ordering 1 Carton = 16 booster boxes you have a choice to just taking the sealed package which may take longer shipping times or we can open the case and put all boosters in a 2 Priority boxes to get it to you on a timely manner.
**Choosing the Priority Mail option all 16 booster boxes will come from the same box you will receive all promo item(s) playmats, case toppers from the case if applicable.
*Card Sleeves and Misc Items will be shipped either First Class or Priority based on the size/weight of the total order.
Special Orders
You may contact us at sales@goldstarcollectibles.com and request for a specific item that we may not have on our website. Special Orders are non-refundable purchases. Once the agreement is made and paid for we cannot accept any returns on that item.
Return Policy
PayPal Orders
If you have paid using PayPal and would like a refund on Pre-orders or Return Merchandise please be aware of a 3% fee. PayPal doesn’t refund the credit card processing fee. When returning an item using PayPal there will be a restocking fee + 3% PayPal processing fee. Only for orders using PayPal.
Pre-orders
Maybe canceled before the Pre-Order due date, Pre-Orders may be canceled after the Pre-Order due date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Booster Boxes
You have 14 days upon receipt of an item to request a return. There will be a 15% restocking fee + shipping charges on all returned items. All merchandise must be in the exact same condition as it was sent. If the product has been opened or tampered with in any way, we will be unable to accept your return.
Singles, Sleeves and Misc items
You have 10 days upon receipt of an item to request a return. There will be a 15% restocking fee + shipping charges on all returned items. All merchandise must be in the exact same condition as it was sent. Singles will also have a tamper-proof seal, If the product has been opened or tampered with in any way we will be unable to accept your return.
If the return is due to an error by Gold Star Collectibles, we will take full responsibility for all shipping and replacement costs. Please contact us ASAP at sales@goldstarcollectibles.com we will make arrangements for the replacement package to be sent and for the mistaken product to be returned. If it is our mistake you do have the right to a full refund.
